I have the evening off today. I guess I shouldn’t take this day for granted as it’ll be my only real day off for a while. Tomorrow, I work. Thursday, I have an eye appointment. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, I work. Tuesday, I have a doctor’s appointment. Wednesday, I work. So yeah.

The store will be staying open until 10 instead of 9 starting on the 27th of this month, so that’s an extra $32 a week (minus deductions) so that’s okay. I need the money. I’ll likely be ordering my laptop very soon, maybe in a week or two. I’ve decided I’d like to have about $300 for my road trip with Claire in late July so I’ll have to save all my money after I get my laptop. Mom said she would lend me some money too and she knows I’ll pay her back as soon as I get it. I’ve had to borrow money from her maybe once in my entire life, so she knows I’m “good for it”, as the gangsters say.

I started a professional blog. I’ll put most of my writing stuff there- i.e. the articles I have published on myUsearch or elsewhere. It really is a terrible setup, but whatevs. Every indie artist seems to have one and I love indie artists, so blame them for me joining. Anyway, my MySpace can be found here.

A friend of mine recommended I listen to PJ Harvey’s “Stories From The City, Stories From The See” and I finally got around it. So far, it’s okay. Maybe I’d have to be in a more moody-type mood to enjoy it properly.
